It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProClinic Holdings (Pty) Ltd (Reg 2026/534653/07), the group holding company. Group intellectual property — including the PROCLINIC trade mark and the multi-agent orchestration patent — is held by ProClinic IP (Pty) Ltd and licensed to the operating entity. All companies are CIPC-registered in South Africa with a registered address in Cape Town.
