1. Who we are
This website is operated by ProClinic Dental (Pty) Ltd, Reg 2026/301904/07, a company incorporated in South Africa with its registered office in Cape Town ("ProClinic", "we", "us").
2. What we collect on this website
When you join the waitlist we collect the personal information you submit (name, role, email address, practice name, city, country, practice size, and consents), together with the UTM parameters in the URL you arrived from. When you contact us we collect the information you send. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless product analytics (Plausible) — no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no cookie banner required.
3. Purpose
Waitlist information is used to contact you about ProClinic's launch, early access, and — if you opt in — occasional newsletters. Analytics data is used in aggregate only, to improve the site.
4. Legal basis under POPIA
Consent (you actively submit the form and tick the consent box) and legitimate interest (running our business).
5. Retention
Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to remove them, or for a maximum of 24 months after the last engagement, whichever is sooner.
6. Where the data lives
Data collected on this website is stored on our infrastructure on AWS. Transactional email is sent via Resend on our behalf. Analytics is processed by Plausible in the EU.
7. Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to further processing, and complain to the Information Regulator. To exercise any of these rights, email basson@proclinicai.com.
