These terms govern your use of proclinicai.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. These terms do not govern use of the ProClinic AI software product itself — that is covered by a separate customer agreement.
2. Not clinical advice
Content on this Site is provided for information only and is not clinical advice. Any clinical decision remains the sole responsibility of the treating clinician.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the ProClinic brand are owned by ProClinic Holdings (Pty) Ltd and licensed to ProClinic Dental (Pty) Ltd. Do not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, ProClinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of Cape Town have exclusive jurisdiction.
