- Waitlist submissions: name, email, role, practice name, city, country, practice size, consents.
- Contact submissions: name, email, subject, message.
- Site analytics: aggregate, anonymous usage (Plausible; no cookies, no personal profiles).
Purpose of processing
To respond to your enquiry, contact you about early access and the launch, and — if you opt in — send occasional newsletters and product updates. Analytics is used in aggregate to improve the Site.
Legal basis
Consent (POPIA s11(1)(a)) for direct marketing/newsletter opt-in, and legitimate interest (POPIA s11(1)(f)) for responding to enquiries and improving the Site.
Where the data is stored
Data submitted through this Site is stored on our infrastructure on AWS. Transactional email is dispatched via Resend on our behalf. Analytics is processed by Plausible in the EU.
Retention
Retained until you request deletion, or for a maximum of 24 months after your last engagement, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
